Just got back from the Dogs In School group show and had a fantastic time! Many thanks to Patrick and Screaming Sky Gallery. The show was a great success with great music and good people turning out. If you’re in the Portland area you should definitely check it out. The show will be running through February 25th. The peice that I have in the show is sold but if you would like a print please let me know. Here’s a shot of the peice but not a print worthy one. I still have to get that done. It’s called Obedience and Music School.
While traveling I did have some time to do some sketching. This first sketch is for a painting in progress entitled Hope.
The next one I did on the plane ride home. I was looking outside during the opening reception of the show in Portland and got this image in my head. It’s sort of Ent like I think. I like it and I think I might pursue it further down the road.

They look great – are you trying to scare Cacia with all the birds? I really love that last one – definitely pursue it!
